A discussion with Evan Wolfson on the topic of why allowing gays and lesbians to marry is a matter of fairness. 

Evan Wolfson is an American lawyer and LGBT activist. He is also the founder of the Freedom to Marry organization, which supports marriage equality in the United States and around the world. Among his publications is the book "Why Marriage Matters; America, Equality and Gay People's Right to Marry". In 2004, Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world. He has been a professor of law at Columbia Law School, Rutgers Law School, and Whittier Law School, and appeared before the Supreme Court in the case of Boy Scouts of America v. Dale.
